A hospital horror story featuring a jump scare in the style of a nightmare is one that Kelly Ripa discusses in her upcoming memoir, “Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories.” In an excerpt made available by Haute Living, Ripa describes how she lost consciousness after a s£xual encounter with Mark Consuelos and awoke in the hospital.

She discovered that two ovarian cysts were to blame for her coital fall. In her essay, Ripa describes how her eyes “switch between the hazy images on the TV, the remains of my ovarian tormentor, and Mark blissfully eating away.” “Mark might be at a spa or a movie.
