Dr. Eric Nkansah was appointed by President Nana Akufo Addo to serve as the interim director general of the Ghana Education Service on October 19, 2022. The new director general of the institution is now mentioned in the content of the Kumasi Technical University Business Website.
Dr. Eric Nkansah has put in a lot of effort over the past 13 years in his roles as a banker, lecturer, researcher, and financial advisor. He has until now taught senior courses in banking technology and finance.
He began working at Kumasi Technical University in 2012 and has since contributed in a number of ways to the institution’s development (via teaching, research, program creation, and more).
Before starting college, he spent nearly five years as the Krofrom branch’s sales manager for Barclays Bank of Ghana (now Absa). Prior to taking his current post, he worked as the Technical Advisor/Director for Tertiary Education for the Ministry of Education. The Secondment of The Kumasi Technical Institution
