His two most well-known songs are Ayepyep, which he performed with DJ Tira, Thebe, and Emza, and Monate Mpolaye, which he performed with Cassper Nyovest and Thebe.

How did DJ Sumbody died?
There are still many unanswered questions regarding the tragedy that killed the late best DJ, but since the tragic incident that murdered the two of them on Sunday morning, social media has been able to unearth inside footage and images of them.
In these pictures, the driver and the late musician are seen sitting in their places at the wheel. The two dead are covered in a bloody stain. There was apparently a second passenger in the rear seat, who miraculously escaped the hail of gunshots and is thought to be DJ Sumbody’s bodyguard. The identity of the third person is still a mystery.
Oupa John Sefoka, the musician behind “Monate mpolaye,” “Suka emabhozeni,” “Iyamemeza,” and “Azul,” was shot and killed by a hail of bullets while leaving Newscafe on Woodmead Road. One of the several conspiracies surrounding Sumbody’s passing is that he was a participant in the drug trade.
Social media users claim that gang violence and witchcraft have been major causes of death for young musicians in South Africa. Cassper Nyovest, a supporter of the late DJ, has been forewarned. He was close to most of the recently dead musicians, including Ricky Rick, who committed suicide earlier this year, Prokid, who was killed in a car accident last year, and Killer Kau.
According to media personality Somizi, Sumbody was scheduled to perform at the Veuve Clicquot Picnic on the day of his passing. Somizi remembered the fateful day before the DJ’s untimely passing, when Sumbody had invited him to be his guest.
