Some few days ago, Veteran Ghanaian actor, Kofi Laing who is widely known as Kohwe came out to appeal for funds as he asked Ghanaians not to wait for him to die before showing him love and support.
During his submission, he indicated that most of the actors who were with him during his prime acting days are also suffering just like him or have even died as paupers.
In his view, Ghanaians should reach out to him now and not when he is dead and gone that they will be showing him fake love.
Just after these reports went viral, the Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Barbara Oteng Gyasi has visited the old actor.
During her visit, she donated some items to him and also handed him an envelope.
