Before her career came to an abrupt end, Bowie also became the fastest woman in the world in 2017 by winning the 100-meter world championship gold under dramatic circumstances in London. She appeared to be ‘about seven or eight months pregnant’ when she passed away, according to several neighbors who spoke with the Mail last month.

She was in labor when she passed away, according to her agent Kimberly Holland, who also told CBS News that she died as a result of problems during childbirth.

The speculation surrounding Bowie’s demise, according to Holland, has been “very hurtful,” and she added: “Hopefully, now that we know the truth, there will be many apologies.”

An autopsy report acquired by USA Today Sports determined that Bowie’s death was “natural” and that she was most likely eight months pregnant at the time of her passing.

She may have experienced respiratory distress and eclampsia, which occurs when a pregnant person starts to have seizures or convulsions.
