A lady and her younger brother filed a complaint against comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, accusing them of grooming and m0le$tation of the two young people while they were children and of forcing them to participate in $3xually graphic acts while they were filming a “Funny or D!e” sketch in 2013.

filed under the aliases John Doe, who was born in 2007, and Jane Doe, who is now 22. In the action, Jane, who is John’s legal guardian, is the plaintiff both on her own behalf and on behalf of her younger brother.

In separate occurrences in 2013 and 2014, the siblings claimed that the comedians Haddish and Spears forced them to participate in sexually explicit acts while they were young. According to the lawsuit, Haddish and Spears “stole the childhood of a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old child.”

The Daily Beast broke the story of the lawsuit first. However, lawyers for Haddish and Spears have dismissed the case as a heist. Spears’ lawyer Debra Opri asserted that the comedian “isn’t going to fall for any shakedown.”

Haddish’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, claimed the plaintiff’s mother had “been seeking to raise these fraudulent claims against Ms. Haddish for numerous years” in a second statement. The case, according to Haddish’s lawyer, is nothing more than an effort to extort money, and he scorned the accusations.

Brettler referred to the accusations as “meritless,” noting that Haddish had previously demonstrated that she “would not be shaken down.”

“Today, (the accuser’s mother’s) adult daughter is acting as her own attorney in this litigation. The consequences of pursuing this pointless action will be shared by the two of them, the lawyer stated.

“We are not surprised that Mr. Brettler would attempt to redirect the emphasis away from the valid claims made by my brother and myself, to transfer the blame and attention to our mother who is not a party to this action,” Jane claimed she and her brother were doing.

According to the complaint, the siblings were acquainted with Haddish and Spears when they were little because their mother was close friends with Haddish.

According to the lawsuit, Jane was there in 2013 when the comedian spoke as a guest speaker at a summer camp. She first met Haddish when she was 14 years old. Haddish allegedly told Jane during the summer program that she had the “ideal role” for her.

The complaint claims that neither Jane nor her mother were informed of the details of the shoot because “only Spears and Haddish knew the narrative for the skit.”

The Daily Beast quotes Jane as saying that neither she nor her mother knew what the skit would entail. But the lawsuit made that claim.

An elderly male and a college-age lady were seen disputing over a sub sandwich in the incident, according to the lawsuit, before they eventually began to devour the sandwich “simultaneously from either end.” The lawsuit claimed that the two were “m0an!ng and making $3xual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that imitated the act of fellatio.”

Funny Or Die Responded:

In response to the lawsuit, Funny or Die told TMZ they had no involvement in the ideation, creation, funding, or production of the film. Additionally, they said that the video was taken down once they became aware of it in 2018.
