A 27-year-elderly person distinguished as Meshack Keith Bwisa has been discovered dead in the wake of being announced missing since December 25.
The expired said to be a representative of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) — vault division — in Kakamega, was found after his family members headed toward his home to search for him as they arranged to commend the New Year party as a family.
The police was welcomed over after they thumped and found that the entryway was bolted from within. Charcoal cinders were found on the floor, recommending that Bwisa passed on from carbon monoxide harming.
Kakamega Central OCPD, David Kabena revealed that the deceased left a note blaming his unsuccessful bets for his decision to commit suicide.
“The body had swollen and decomposed. It is likely Bwisa died on the night of December 25, 2019.
“There was a suicide note placed next to his body.
In the letter, Bwisa blamed frustrations arising from unsuccessful bets as the reason for his suicidal ideation.
In the note, he also advised the youth and his family members to refrain from betting, saying it ends up impoverishing people.”
