When he was discovered having a private moment with a woman inside a restroom for the disabled, a man attacked a cleaner. Billy Dean Fallon, an ex-army aircraft technician, was having a $3xual encounter with a woman when the cleaner knocked on the bathroom door. As a result, he raced out to assault the cleaner.
At Southport Magistrates Court in Queensland, Australia, on Monday, November 7, he accepted assault resulting in bodily harm and was sentenced to pay the victim $1,500. The horrifying incident happened at Burleigh Heads’ Nightjar nightclub in January of this year.

The clubgoer, 28, was shown on camera bursting out of the disabled restroom stall without a shirt on and punching the cleaner who had been pounding on the door for nearly three minutes. As she exited the restroom, a woman carrying two drinks observed Fallon hitting the cleaner on the opposite side of the toilet.
Before calling the police, Fallon was dragged away by a security guard who had entered the room with other witnesses. Fallon was having $3x with his partner in the cubicle, according to defense attorney Angus Edwards, who also stated: “They were in the middle of having sex when someone started hammering on the door.
“He acted quickly, defensively, and he believed he was protecting himself and his companion,” the author said.
The attack on the cleaner, according to Magistrate Michelle Dooley, was unwarranted because he was only carrying out his duty.
She said, “This person was engaged in his regular employment, was obviously not under the influence of alcohol, and was simply going about his regular tasks as part of his job.”
Fallon received a 12-month prison term but was immediately released. He had to give the cleaner $1500 in restitution.
