After what the prosecution claims was a violent March incident inside the rear seat of a car service, Jonathan Majors’s then-girlfriend is seen chasing him down multiple city streets in newly released video from his Manhattan domestic violence trial.
Majors, 34, is seen on security film shown to jurors in Manhattan Criminal Court pulling up his 30-year-old ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari and repeatedly pushing her back into a black Cadillac Escalade after it has stopped over in Chinatown.
Eventually, Jabbari pursues Majors out of the SUV and across to the intersection of Centre and Canal Streets, where he pushes her away from him with his arms before taking off running.
Jabbari, a British movement coach and dancer who first worked with Majors on the set of Marvel’s “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” has testified that during the argument, the actor struck her head with a “hard blow,” causing a gash on her ear. He reportedly grabbed her finger and twisted her arm.
Majors has entered a not guilty plea to misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault. According to Majors’ attorneys, Jabbari was the one who initiated the fight.
Jabbari told jurors that the altercation started when she found proof that Majors had been unfaithful to her—a seductive text from a woman going by the name “Cleopatra” on his cell phone.
After the SUV pulled over, the dancer claimed she attempted to follow Majors out and demanded explanations.

Instead, she alleged, the actor attempted to shove her back into the car and then fled.
Additional trial evidence, made public on Wednesday, includes pictures of Jabbari’s fractured right middle finger taken the morning after the incident, along with a gash behind her right ear that she claims was caused by Majors’ alleged assault.
A whole tape of Majors telling Jabbari in December 2022 that she should behave more like the spouses of other famous men, such as Michelle Obama and Coretta Scott King, was also made public by the court. Majors had claimed that Jabbari had returned “drunk” to their London house.
“Coretta Scott King…do you know who that is? That’s Martin Luther King’s wife. Michelle Obama, Barack Obama’s wife,” Majors says in the recording, which was made by Jabbari and played for jurors.
“I’m just gonna say this. My temper, my s—t, my….all that said…I’m a great man. A GREAT man. I am doing great things, not just for me but for my culture and for the world,” the actor adds.
“That is actually the position I’m in. That’s real. I’m not being a dick about it. I didn’t ask for it. I’ve worked and that’s the situation.”

Majors goes on, “The woman that I support and she needs to be a great woman and make the sacrifices that a man ultimately makes for her and for them.” That’s not what you did two nights ago. That was something you did not do, so the plan was compromised. and the strategy is crucial.
The entire text message exchange, in which Majors advised Jabbari not to seek medical assistance for a separate incident in September 2022 that resulted in a head injury, was also made public by the court.
“I fear you have no perspective of what could happen if you go the hospital,” the “Creed III” actor wrote.
“They will ask you questions, and as I don’t think you actually protect us, it could lead to an investigation even if you do lie and they suspect something,”
Jabbari responded to the “Loki” star in the Sept. 22, 2022, text thread that she would “tell the doctor I bumped my head,” trial evidence revealed.
“Why would I want to tell them what really happened when it’s clear I want to be with you?” she added.
