Born in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Falconer graduated from The Cambridge School of Weston, studied art history at New York University, and studied painting at Parsons School of Design and the Otis Art Institute.

According to findings, Falconer’s lawyer and agent Conrad M. Rippy said Falconer died on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the age of 63 of natural causes while with family in Norwalk, Connecticut.  Falconer was born on August 25, 1959.

Falconer is survived by his mother Sandy and sisters Tonia and Tory, as well as nieces and nephews Olivia, Ian, August, Perry, and Will.
