Eric Mumford Obituary and Cause Of Death; Eric Mumford, the husband of Judge Lynn Toler, died at the age of 72. It goes without saying that Judge Lynn Toler’s long-running involvement on the daytime television program Divorce Court is the reason she is most well-known. Her decisions have been made in numerous tense instances involving broken relationships. She has also used her reputation to promote other series like Commit or Quit.

Eric Mumford, her spouse of almost 30 years, has been by her side constantly. Eric was a window into the private life of everyone’s favorite TV judge. He was a regular presence on her Instagram and an ever-present part of her life. Sadly, Eric passed away at the age of 72, leaving Lynn and all of his loved ones without him. Having stated that, what caused Eric’s demise?

What was Eric Mumford’s cause of death?

Lynn shared a message on Instagram on Eric’s demise. She posted a picture of the two of them seated together there with the caption “January 1, 1951 – December 23, 2022: Eric Mumford BigE. I’m broken to pieces.” Unfortunately, Lynn omitted to mention the precise cause of Eric’s demise.

2012 saw Lynn being open about her relationship with Eric in an opinion piece she wrote for The Huffington Post. She discussed the specifics of how their connection developed over the course of several years. He met Lynn in 1986 after being born on January 1st, 1951, in Ohio. At the time, Eric already had four children from a previous marriage, but Lynn adopted them as her own. The couple then had two more kids of their own.

Even though Lynn presided over a divorce court, she is not an expert on all aspects of marital problems. In the opinion piece, she said that she and Eric, who she always referred to as Big E, “were off the road and deep in the weeds.” Basically, Lynn said that the couple’s communication problems were overcome after a year of reflection.

She added at the time, “We no longer act on that instantaneous feeling without taking long-term effects into account. “We have made a conscious decision to be consciously married,” she continued.

During this trying time, our thoughts are with Eric’s family and friends.
