Mr. McGregor welcomes the probe because he is confident it will disprove the accusations made against him. She turned to the media to exert pressure after failing to comply with the claimant’s counsel’s demand for payment. This merely amounts to a shakedown.
Conor McGregor is seen leading his rape victim into a bathroom, where she claims he sexually attacked her, in video acquired by TMZ Sports.
After the Nuggets defeated the Heat in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 9, the footage was captured inside the Miami Kaseya Center at around midnight on June 10.
In the video, McGregor can be seen leaving a restroom to converse with a woman wearing a white shirt while wearing a black t-shirt. Conor grabs the woman by the hand and clears a path for her to follow him inside a washroom after what appears to be a brief conversation.
The restroom door shuts a little while later, but no one else can be seen entering. and the video cuts off.

The accuser’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, claimed in a demand letter earlier this week that Miami Heat and NBA security “physically forced” the accuser into the restroom where McGregor then raped her while security forbade her from leaving or letting her friend enter with her. TMZ Sports first reported the story.
Conor is guiding her into the restroom in the video, not being coerced into it, but three men who look to be security guards do gather in front of the door in a way that would prohibit anyone from entering or leaving.
Mitchell claims that soon before our video was taken, McGregor’s accuser and the UFC fighter were out having fun at a club inside the NBA arena.
Mitchell claims that during their nightclub celebration, her client recorded a selfie with Conor.
However, according to Mitchell, their celebration came to an end when McGregor announced that he needed to go the restroom. However, not long after he stood up, a man wearing a Denver Nuggets jersey approached Mitchell and said, “Conor told me to come get you.”
Conor had previously requested her to meet him in his hotel room, so my client thought they were leaving and heading there, Mitchell said in a statement.
Conor grabbed my client (as shown in the video) as the man with the braids stopped at the bathroom door. My client thought they were going, but Conor led her into the bathroom instead.

McGregor is then accused of assaulting the woman s3xually.
“My client has admitted the parts she remembers and remembers having at least six drinks that night,” Mitchell said. Until she saw the footage, “my client did not even remember who led her into the restroom.”
The charges are baseless, according to a statement released by McGregor’s representatives on Thursday. Mr. McGregor won’t be deterred.
McGregor was contacted for a follow-up statement on the new footage, but we have not yet received a response.
Police, in the meantime, informed TMZ Sports on Thursday that they have been looking into the allegations since June 11 and that their investigation is still ongoing.
Earlier in the evening, McGregor had been at the venue taking part in some of the entertainment for the game, hitting a mascot as part of a break-in-the-action skit.
A new video reveals that McGregor was also having a good time with other spectators at the nightclub at the stadium during the game’s halftime. He was holding a drink in his hand and appeared to be having a fantastic time.
