Briguela allegedly approached a group with her buddy and caused a quarrel. The complainant claims that when he and Awra stepped outdoors, the actress savagely tore his clothing.

Law enforcement personnel were on the scene quickly and arrested Awra Briguela after she verbally abused the officers and showed a lack of respect for their authority.
