On July 5, Anji Nyquist won the long-running trivia show.
In a recent interview, the Minneapolis, Minnesota, native opened her about how, following her victory, people approached her with bizarre requests.

Nyquist had done a “Q & A” section on her Instagram after her game show performance so her fans could get to know her better.
“I did a ‘ask me anything,'” she recently told the Sun. “And a lot of people asked, ‘Would you do an OnlyFans?'” It’d be quite popular.'”
She was “flattered” by the question, but she was a little alarmed by all the strange answers.
You’re going to meet some wonderful folks and some creeps, she continued. I’ve been receiving DMs from unknown men.
The gamer was told things like “you’re so beautiful” and “you’re the hottest contestant ever.”

Nyquist, though, wants to be known on the show for her intelligence as much as her attractiveness.
She grumbled, “‘Jeopardy!’ is about your intelligence and how well you function in this situation. That much is certain: “It was not what I was expecting.”
In other parts of her interview with the magazine, Nyquist spoke up about her experiences working on the show and revealed that the enormity of the set astounded her.

She observed that the stage was “smaller” than she had anticipated and that the “board and contestants aren’t that far apart.”
The champion is a huge fan of the program herself, and she has always admired the broadcaster Ken Jennings in particular.
She remarked on the close proximity of the players’ locations to the emcee’s position, “And you’re not that far from Ken [Jennings], who is a hero of mine.
For Nyquist, appearing on “Jeopardy!” is a dream come true, and she holds a special place in her heart for the program.
She added that before her father died away, she used to watch the show with him.
When her father suffered dementia, Nyquist cared for him while they shared a home. They would see programs with James Holzhauer as the champion.
“That’s a memorable memory for me because my dad would execute the ‘all in’ motion with James and would cheer when he got them right. I’m now a member of that family,” she exulted.
She continued her “Jeopardy!” acknowledgement, saying, “I knew there’d be some negativity, but it was great to have 15 minutes of fame.”
