Spotify Wrapped 2022: Burna Boy and Black Sherif Are The Most Streamed Artistes In Ghana.

After a wonderful musical year, Spotify has released its findings.

The music streaming service has published the statistics underlying the sounds to determine who captured the most attention this year.

The most streamed artist in Ghana on Wednesday, November 30, according to Spotify’s annual roundup was Nigerian sensation Burna Boy.

Local artists’ international successes were not overlooked, as evidenced by the fact that Ghanaian breakout star Black Sherif placed second in the national rankings.

Since his arrival on the scene, Kweku Frimpong, as he is known fondly, has produced earworms.

Many music lovers have been captivated by the 20-year-efforts, old’s which range from his sermons to “Soja.”

In that order, Asake, Sarkodie, Kwesi Arthur, Fireboy DML, Davido, Lil Baby, and Wizkid came in front of American pop artist Drake in third place.

Burna’s “Love, Damini” took the top spot in Spotify’s “Most Streamed Album for the Year” category, followed by Blacko’s “The Villain I Never Was.”

According to the most recent data, there are more cultural connections than only musical preferences between the two West African nations.
