John Dumelo has shared a thought-provoking post on his Twitter platform that has struck a chord with the majority of Ghanaians in the wake of the painful elimination of the Black Stars from the 2022 World Cup at the hands of a familiar foe Uruguay.
According to him, if the Black Stars had advanced past the round of 16, the budgetary allocation for them should be used to purchase desks for students who typically sit on the floor in class.

Given that Ghana is no longer vying for the grand prize in Qatar, the renowned actor and politician urged that the money be put to good use instead of being wasted by political apparatchiks.
He said on Facebook: “Can we use the money scheduled to be spent if we had advanced to the next stage to purchase tables for pupils who still study on the floor?”
